Some projects require additional financing beyond traditional lending. MADC's Growth Fund, funded through the Intermediary Relending Program (IRP), provides gap financing that can be used alongside a primary lender.

The program can help fund eligible project costs, including land, buildings, and equipment, helping businesses move projects forward with a financing structure that fits their needs.

  • Electrical Incentives:

    Residential, commercial, and business incentives available through local, municipal, and regional utility providers within participating regions.

  • Lake County Tax Incentive:

    A five-year property tax incentive for qualifying commercial improvements or new construction

  • MADC GROWTH, HELP, & REED FUNDS:

    Gap financing and low-interest loan programs that help businesses fund expansion, land, buildings, equipment, infrastructure improvements, and job creation.
